This Chapter focuses on all around wine fundamentals. It focuses on the major varieties, regions and production. Tasting skills develops your palate to identify and understand how to sip and savor, what to look for and how to assess quality wine. Pairing will develop your ability to combine food with wine and finally, how to open, serve and store your wines.
